Diversity in STEM
We’re working to break down systemic and disproportionate barriers that exist in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math). For the third year in a row we are partnering with TKS for the third year in a row, We are partnering with The Knowledge Society (TKS) by sponsoring students who are in financial need. We also work with the Black Professionals in Tech Network (BPTN) to attract and retain and promote Black talent.
Prioritizing mental health
At BenchSci, every employee is a human, first. We’ve developed and adopted workplace mental health best practices to ensure our team’s wellbeing, so everyone feels empowered to do their best work.
